Finish It Up Friday ~ Quilt of Valor

I started this quilt when I was still in Arizona. It was inspired by an antique quilt.

The block is quite simple.

I used shapes 1 and 2 from my AccuQuilt 8” Qube to make these simple 12” blocks.

The binding was made from leftovers of the backing.

As simple as it is, I’m quite smitten with this quilt!

I love it when the picture in your head becomes reality!

Have a great day!

What a sweet quilt! I can envision making a similar QOV. Always seem to have too much red in the stash; this would help whittle it down – love the scrappy reds and lights.
