This and That

My friend, Susan, sent me this book and I’ve enjoyed more than a few cups of coffee while poring over it! I can’t decide what to start on!

I had to laugh when I saw this shirt, it’s me! Lol

No affiliation, but wanted to share this deal. Oddly, the 120” wide batting roll is cheaper than the 90” wide roll on Walmart.com.

We spent lots of time with these crazy kids last weekend. They are so fun!

Willy was exhausted after!

I just finished reading this book. If you are a Laura fan, I recommend it. I have to say, I’m not a big fan of her daughter, Rose.

Finally, I have another post up on the AccuQuilt Blog.

Have a great day!

I will have to look for that book! Mother read us the whole set when I was a kid, then read them again, even to hubby, after I got to be an adult.

Loved seeing the kids having so much fun! Poor Willy. He looks like my Chloe after a long day of company. Congratulations on being featured on the Accuquilt blog.

Oh, I’ve read Prairie Fires, and it was excellent! I had previously read a biography ofher daughter, Rose Wilder Lane and, yeah — she was so weird.

I just ordered the batting from Walmart. Since I only do charity quilting this savings is great! Thank you for sharing the Walmart batting tip. All the best, Katie

Hi! I would love to read your blog post on what to do with the log cabin dies, but I can’t seem to get to it. Can you help?

  6. Great tip on the batting. I have three rolls in the closet, but will keep this in mind when I need more. And the book looks a treat. Enjoy!
