Updates from the Sewing Room

Are you tired of hearing about Harry yet? Hubby is on vacation this week, so other than the long arm set up, I haven’t had time to start any projects . I finally got to try Harry out though.

And he’s a keeper! It’s a slightly different feel than my Friday, my HQ Forte. But I’ll get used to it.

That looks like a hot mess! But the tension needed only a little adjustment. This thread came with. Not what I usually use, but it’s always good to try new things.

I got lots of bobbins as well which made it so I could try it out right away.

Thanks for all your sweet comments! I am blessed indeed!

Have a great day!

Your first try reminds me of a topographical map of swamp and mouth of a river into still water. Very interesting to see. Like the waterways of “The African Queen”. If you have seen the movie you’d understand why I say this.

I think it’s great you got Harry, now you can quilt at both homes!! Hugs,

  3. I’m so glad Harry is working well – enjoy!
