Remember this?
I’m up to 24 blocks and I started running out of green pieces. So I decided it was time to take stock. When I make a leader ender project like this, I start out by very scientifically cutting a “bunch” of pieces. When I start to run out, then it is time to figure out where this is headed, how big I want it to be, and what I need to finish cutting. Here are my scribbles.
I have such neat handwriting….not!
Still have plenty of print squares! But today I’ll be cutting up the rest of the green that I need.
I’ve been asked many times about a pattern for this block. It is just a bunch of two inch and 3 1/2 inch squares. No pattern really needed.
Have a great day!
I love this project. I was gifted a bunch of 30’s scraps and this project looks very doable. The pattern looks like it would lend itself to many layout designs. Fun!
Your notes look like mine. Great project. I have that pattern in the stack….
I scribble out my plan/needs just like you, Katy. Very high tech. 🙂
