Slow Stitching Sunday

I’m so excited to be stitching this binding today! I’m nearing this finish line on this one.

I’m also close to having this top done. It should have been finished by now, but I’m losing steam on this.

I need one more row of hexies at the top and bottom.

I thought I would hand quilt this right away. But it might need some closet time. I’m pretty tired of it. And I while I want to hand quilt this, I can’t bear the thought of quilting inside each of these tiny hexies. There HAS to be another way!

Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

What about on an angle through every other hexagon. It works diagonally.
