Six Pointed Stars

Remember when I picked up this top and was considering replacing the cornerstones? I got some great ideas from all of you, but Kathy D. left a comment that really made sense. She asked what the end goal was for this quilt. If I was going to donate it some place, perhaps it wasn’t worth the time and effort to replace them.

That clicked with me. It will be donated to Quilts of Compassion . So it’s time to get this baby quilted!

I’m deciding amongst the following pantos.

Two weeks ago we headed out to Arizona and just got back, so this should be a good project to ease back into sewing.

Have a great day!

  1. Tami Von Zalez says:

Yay, I am glad you left the cornerstones. Love seeing your posts when you find quilt tops. I seem to be having some luck in that arena now.

  2. I think you made the right decision. Whoever receives it will love it.
