TGIFF! ~ Good Will

Today I get to host the Thank Goodness It’s Finished Friday Linky party! If you are here for the party, welcome! At the end of this post, please link up your recent finishes. Visit a few blogs and leave some love. ❤️

My Good Will quilt is finished and Good Will seemed like the perfect name for it since that is where I purchased the top.

I appreciate all the input on how to quilt this. I was so torn. I loved Modern Wave, but it felt too modern. This comment hit home; it was what I was feeling, but couldn’t put into words.

And I love how it turned out.

This top has so many fun fabrics in it!

My quilt inspector approved.

I’m so pleased with this top! I think it looks great on my guest bed. Please click on the link below to share your finishes!

I love this quilt. I am anxious to start. I know size doesn’t matter, but yours is perfect. Can you lead me in the right direction as far as what size the half square triangles are. Your quilt put a smile on my face.

    Thank you

Another gorgeous quilt of yours. May I ask how large your HST’s or squares are? Looking at your quilt made my fingers itch! I do so love scrappy!

Definitely the perfect panto for this quilt – looks great, and with a great name/story too!

This quilt is one of my favorites that you’ve shown on your blog ~ although, I have never seen a quilt on your blog that I didn’t like! About 99% of the quilts I make are scrappy and sometimes I try really hard to not use each fabric more than once in the whole top. I love your choice of quilting pattern!

I really love quilts like these. There are always so many amazing fabrics included…great memories too!

  12. It is a beautiful quilt and has many lovely prints but that is not the reason I like it. I like it because you turned that lonely flimsy into a cuddly quilt. The backing, the binding and the quilting make it perfect. It is so comforting – just like a grandma’s hug, faintly smelling of soap (probably rose or lavender) and pumpkin spice (from the pie baking in the oven). Just picture it.

  13. Love how your quilt turned out, and love it on the bed! Thanks for hosting TGIFF!

  14. Your choice of quilting is perfect!! I love how it turned out ❤
