Slow Stitching Sunday

I’ve been doing a little bit of hand sewing this week.

Sadly, I discovered a problem.

Ugh. So unsewing is the order of the day.

In other news, I picked up this puzzle with Gee’s Bend quilts and could not stop myself from working on it.

This is my favorite kind of puzzle. It is like many small puzzles making up one large one.

I buy most of my puzzles from Goodwill. People are often afraid to do this due to the possibility of missing pieces. It happens now and again, but not often. We’ve had good luck. The key is to look for high quality puzzles, people tend to take better care of them.

Have a great day!

I love the puzzle, that’s pretty neat! I got to go to an event where several of the ladies from Gees Bend spoke and brought some of their quilts. It was interesting. Hugs,
