I found this crazy quilt piece at a thrift shop. It is about 32” square. Not sure what I’ll do with it, but it’s gorgeous!

My sweet friend, Wendy, recently sent this book to me. Wow! What a treasure! I love vintage quilt kits and reading about the history is just fascinating. She even had the author sign it for me. Thank you, Wendy!

I also received a delightful package from dear friend, Ila! I can’t wait to try out these rulers and I already have an idea for that fabric!

We bought this house over two years ago now. I just found this in the guest room closet. This dear little artwork is about two inches tall. It made me smile.

We buy most of our puzzles at Goodwill. This one was really fun, even though it was missing a few bits.

It is wooden. Check out the shapes of the pieces!

Before I go, I wanted to let you know about a couple great sales. First is this one from Connecting Threads .

And this one from AccuQuilt .

Have a great weekend!
I’m curious to see what you do with the crazy quilt piece. I have an antique piece that was apparently left over from a large quilt made by my husbands ancestors in the mid 19th century. I’m thinking of having it framed, but not sure yet.
Wow, love that wooden puzzle. You have nice friends who gift you neat things.
I’m so glad you are enjoying the book – I’ll let Rosie know, she will be delighted to hear that. I can’t believe you found that crazy quilt at a thrift shop! Glad you brought it home where it will be loved!
Such a great find!
