It didn’t take long at all to piece these little blocks.
I played around a bit with setting ideas.
But nothing really clicked.
Then I remembered these blocks from the Ladies Aid BOM that I did last year. Hmmmm….
Definitely needs a colored sashing if I do this.
That is really wide sashing. But I think I like it.
I’m going to think on this a while.

Many older quilts have wider washings than we normally use today. This will be a great use for these gems.

That’s a great option! The colors work great together. I, too, like the cornerstones on point.
Using the blocks for cornorstones looks good but I’m really liking the block set on point.
That is a great idea for cornerstones! I think it really enhances the blocks!
