Done! I do love my chisel dies, so useful!

While it isn’t red, white, and blue, this will still end up as a Quilt of Valor.

Have a great day!

It had red-ish, white-ish, and blue-ish elements and is a nice change of pace from the standard Quilt of Valor. Someone is sure to love it.
Great balance of color. I love scrappy!
I love your quilt, super cute. I love plaids. Hugs,
I’ve gotten the impression recently that vets would prefer less “patriotic” quilts and more cozy and comfortable ones. Your chisel quilt will surely be much appreciated, wherever it lands. The homespuns really do make a comforting statement.
I *really* like the look of this quilt! So much so that I am going to look Into getting the chisel dies for my studio cutter. I have not used that shape for any quilt before, but it seems to have good versatility. Would you consider writing a post illustrating the different settings using the chisel die? Showing side-by-side all the different settings quilts you have made with it?
Was the placement of the plaids random? I like the way the colors are spread out, but I can’t figure out whether you had an intentional plan or if you just moved things around until they looked right.
It looks great and I love the fabrics you’ve chosen. It’ll be loved and snuggled, for sure.
Wonderful job, as usual. You did a fantastic job of spreading the red, blue and yellows around. It’s very pleasing to the eye.
