Impossible?

Have you seen these little drawings that show impossible shapes?

I admit that I’ve always been fascinated by them. I found this one on Pinterest, and decided to see if I could translate it into fabric.

Don’t look too closely, I had other things I should have been doing, so this was a rush job.

It looks better from a distance. I think I’d like to explore this a bit more sometime.

    This is great! I too am intrigued by optical illusions and have thought about translating them to fabric but I haven’t done it yet. Good for you for doing it. This is quite successful.

  3. WOW! That is so interesting. It’s like my brain wants to look away but can’t, lol. It’s very compelling. It will be neat to see how you explore this idea in quilt form.
