Hour Glass

I don’t even remember when I bought these charm packs! I think the two on the right were from Kim Diehl also, I think. My dear dog removed the labels for me. 🙄 Thankfully, she seems to be beyond that puppy phase.

I decided it was time to cut them up and this was the die to use. This came with my GO! Me cutter, along with a 3” finished square die.

I layered three dark charms and three light charms right sides together and ran them through my die cutter. There was a bit of waste, but within my range of acceptable.

Especially when you consider that I perfectly cut 672 quarter square triangles in under 15 minutes. love my AccuQuilt !

This is how perfectly they turn out.

Time to sew!

Have a great day!

Do you first cut your fabric into a particular size, how much bigger than the die shape do you allow? Thank you, Cindy
