Puss in the Corner Progress

I got my top pieced and loaded on the frame!

I decided to quilt with my very imprecise cross hatch. I quilted lines all in one direction, then took it off the frame and loaded it the other way. I’m in the process of doing all the lines that way now.

Harry 2 is working out really well, especially since I received an order of my favorite thread.

I gotta say, I sure love the view from my sewing room and being able to sew with the windows open is amazing!

Looks like I’ll get to enjoy this all week.

Have a great day!

  3. Love the effect of your quilting on that gold fabric! I have heard so many good things about Gilde thread. I really need to try it. Enjoy your beautiful view!

  4. Ditto on Barb’s comment. Who doesn’t love chrome? I love this quilt. And thanks for the temperature update – it is currently zero outside my window with a wind chill of 17 below!
