A Little Finish on Sunday

I finished up my little quilt and it fit perfectly on this little doll bed. I did use straight pins in the corners to keep it looking neat in the corners.

I kept the quilting simple, but it really adds a lot. I didn’t see this until I was preparing this post, but I seem to have created a tiny basket in the middle. All thanks to lucky fabric placement!

Here is the back. This is a cute print, but I have a hard time using it in piecing. It is perfect as a little quilt backing.

These little quilts are like fun size candy bars, a quick little treat. Maybe I should call them fun size quilts?

Have a great day!

Beautiful idea. I just finished a Scrap Crazy technique workshop, and many of our exercise projects were the perfect size for dolly quilts. As some said, theirs were so ugly no one would want them (using scraps), but they would be perfect for Dolly quilts. What a Great idea!
