I had extra batting and backing at the end of quilting the fence rail quilt I showed yesterday. So I found three small tops that needed quilting to make good use of it.
I wish I would think to do this more often. Since I was on a roll, I got some binding prepared.
And the first of those little quilts is finished!
I kept the quilting simple. Here is the back.
I’m loving my daffodils!
Have a great day!
Go you!! that’s how I have been doing my placemats and it feels so good to use that extra! Love those little quilts!!
Your daffodils are so cheerful and your rwb quilt is terrific – really packs a punch.
it’s all just lovely. smart of you to use the tail end of batting and backing that way. certainly quicker. patti in florida
Your RWB little table topper caught my eye this morning. I looks great and I am inspired to make one of my own. Not sure how small your strips were cut, they look tiny and terrific! Thanks for the inspiration.
The red, white and blue quilt-let is eye catching, big show in a little space. I may have to make one for myself 🙂
