Slow Stitching Sunday

I’m still hand quilting my vintage top, though work on that has slowed considerably of late.

When I first started, I kind of over did it and ended up with a sore wrist. I’m trying to pace myself better. Here is where things stand now.

Once I get all the way around the outside edge, I will be well over halfway done.

I love using muslin on the back! I hope to get this space filled in soon

Have a great day!

Will the center flatten out as you stitch there? I always thought you start in the center so the fullness moves to the edges. Beautiful work, you are so talented.

  6. What is your thread of choice for hand quilting.

  7. That Baptist Fan looks wonderful and got to love that frame! If you ever run across another frame similar or like that one, I’d love to know and purchase it. Happy Stitching!
