Sawtooth Stars

I was short a few stars for the plan I showed yesterday. Several blocks in the magazine quilt have pink backgrounds and I decided that the additional stars I needed to make would have a similar background.

I used these Accuquilt dies to cut out my Star parts. So quick and accurate!

Somehow, I managed to lose one of my Star points between the cutting table and machine. I just grabbed one from the spare parts bin that was close enough.

I’m sure it will show up now. Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

wonder if the lost point was sewn with another point so that one is a double…. find that happens to me especially when I have used the GO to cut shapes.
