I started these on the way to Iceland.

I’m not good at English Paper Piecing.

After Winslow tried to eat my pieces, I put it away. With lots of traveling this month, I decided to pull it out again.

We shall see how far I get this time! Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing adult kids, and a former librarian. I love making everything from traditional quilts to art quilts. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

    you CAN do this!

  2. Very sweet hexie flowers. I’ve tried EPP a couple times…. never really clicked for me, but I love the concept.

  3. They sure look good to me, Katy. I have about 20 hexie blossoms done, and I think I’m going to make them into a mini Kingfisher pattern (Stitched in Color design). I’m not very good at EPP either, but there’s something appealing about it now and then.

  4. There is something so appealing about paper piecing. Yours are beautiful! Mine languish were ever I left them. EPP is not for me at this time, hopefully this will change.
