Iceland Part 10

Thank you all for your recent comments! Once again, I’m way behind on responding and may never get caught up! On to trip photos.

These photos were all taken on our last day Iceland in the Reykjanes area.

There is so much geothermal activity here!

These photos don’t do the colors justice.

That is pure steam flowing out of the earth!

You can see the energy plant in the background.

The bridge between the Continents!

I have one last post on Iceland coming up. Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

Katy! How cool is that bridge?!! Each time I see your photos, I want to go visit and I wonder why on earth I haven’t yet. See these pictures today and that bridge. OMG! That’s it. I’m going to go look up flights right now. Thanks for the inspiration, and can’t wait for part 10. ~smile~ Roseanne
