Eagle QOV

I met one of our newer members of the Stitching Sisters QOV group at our last meeting. Candy’s very first quilt was a QOV and she presented it to a vet! She had another top ready for me to quilt. Here it is:



I used a panto called Eagle’s Landing.

    Wow – that quilt just deserves a big WOW. It looks like the Veteran who received it should love it – I know I would. As Val mentioned above, the quilting choice is spot on. It does remind me of the eagle flying as well. ~smile~ Roseanne

    Partial seams on a grand scale. What a great idea for using a panel. And your quilting reminds me of the eagle’s wings – a great choice on this quilt!
