If you’ve read my blog for any length of time, you know I love vintage enamelware. I while back, I found a table top, just the top. Daughter #3 had the brilliant idea of using it for a magnetic bulletin board in the sewing room.

I just needed some cool magnets. So I picked up this button cover kit.

I used wire cutters to remove the button shank.

Then I chose some fabric scraps and got to work covering the “buttons” according to the package directions. After that was done, I used glue Dots to adhere disk magnets to the back.
