WIP Wednesday

I got all the pieces cut for my Goose in the Pond Swap blocks this morning.

I love neat stacks of cut pieces! here is the black for those that are not familiar.

I am also making slow progress on this Carpenter’s Star quilt.

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

  1. Those neat little stacks of pieces do look lovely! I have some of spiral pattern fabric waiting to be made into a quilt back… And your quilting is going well – are you managing to flatten the quilt top as you work across it?

Love that Goose in the Pond block. I have a pattern somewhere for a red and white Christmas-y quilt using nothing but that block!

  3. Kathy says:

Did you use your Accuquilt to cut the pieces for that block? I can’t wait to see those blocks take shape.
