Weekend Interrupted

The weekend is nearly over. I spent a good portion of it fending off a migraine but I did get a little bit accomplished. I finished the binding for the batik behemoth.

That’s a lot of binding!
I also completed my July Challenge quilt for the Small Quilt Talk group. Sort of. I didn’t follow directions very well. Oh well, at least I made a small quilt out of bowties.

And I did a tiny little bit of grandma shopping.

When you twist his tale, he plays a lullaby!

About katyquilts

I love your bowtie quilt! I am making the July challenge, too and am trying to figure out a different arrangement of the bowties, also. I did make mine out of the green and gold colors, but someone said that mine looks like a Green Bay Packers quilt. LOL! Anyway, love how yours turned out!
