Have a great day!
Happy New Year! Here is the second group of small quilts that I finished in 2021.

Have a great day!
Where did this year go? I didn’t have as many projects on my UFO list this year, but I still didn’t complete them all. Let’s take a look.
1. I cut this Brick quilt out last year. I hope this will end up queen size. Not done! Still in the box.

2. This isn’t technically a UFO as I’ve never started it. But I want to finally get around to it this year. Not done! Not even started.

3. Another brick quilt cut from shirts. Done!

4. Another shirting quilt with solid cheddar diamonds. Done!

5. Sigh. I still have these Dutch Hexies. Still not done.

6. I want to finish hand quilting this vintage top. Done!

7. EPP Hexies. Done!

These got turned into a table topper and coasters.

8. The languishing Leader/Ender project. Done!

9. I pieced these four blocks ages ago and then didn’t do anything with them. Maybe this year. Done!

So that comes out to a 66% success rate. Time to see what UFOs I can dig up to work on this year.
Thanks so much for following along with me this year. Happy New Year to all of you!
I made so many small bits last year, that I’m breaking them up into three posts. Enjoy!

Have a great day!
Oh, I had fun making these this year! The first is my fave. I might have to make another since I just gave this on away.

This one started as a vintage top sent to me by my friend, Ila. This one has gotten lots of use at my house! It’s just so cozy.

Another quilt from shirts.

Inspired by a Gee’s Bend quilt.

Kaleidoscope made form an African print.

This last one was made as part of a Fat Quarter Shop project. I love red, white, and blue!

Have a great day!
I love making big quilts! Here are the big ones finished this past year.

I don’t know that I ever shared this next one here. I made it for an Accuquilt blog post.

Have a great day!
I didn’t make as many baby quilts this year. I quite like the ones I finished though. Take a look.

Baby quilts are so great for trying out ideas without committing to a big quilt. I need to do more this next year.
Have a great day!
I love hand quilting vintage tops and managed to finish several this way last year. The first is my favorite!

The next one ended up being a total reconstruction job; but I enjoyed doing it and it turned out well.

That last one took way longer than it should have. I was very happy when it was done.
For some reason, I seem to get more hand quilting done in Michigan than I do in Arizona. I’m not sure why.
Before I go, I wanted to leave the Link to this Accuquilt Live event happening tomorrow.

Have a great day!

Hope of all hopes, dream of our dreams,
a child is born, sweet-breathed; a son is given to us: a living gift.
And even now, with tiny features and dewy hair, He is great.
The power of leadership, and the weight of authority, will rest on His shoulders.
His name? His name we’ll know in many ways—
He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Dear Father everlasting, ever-present never-failing,
Master of Wholeness, Prince of Peace.
His leadership will bring such prosperity as you’ve never seen before—
sustainable peace for all time.
This child: God’s promise to David—a throne forever, among us,
to restore sound leadership that cannot be perverted or shaken.
He will ensure justice without fail and absolute equity. Always.
The intense passion of the Eternal, Commander of heavenly armies,
will carry this to completion
Isaiah 9:6-7 The Voice

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, filled with family, friends, love, and Jesus.
