My local quilt group is doing a Christmas in July project. A very sweet lady is helping us work through this pattern.

This is where I am at after the first work session. Each clipped pile has six layers of fabric with the pattern piece on top.

Of course, I don’t follow directions well. I am using three shades of hand dyed fabric instead of Christmas prints.

We shall see if this was a good decision or not.
