It’s finally done!
I’m pretty happy with how it turned out too. Mr. Wonderful helped me take a few photos in the wild.
Here are some details.
I used plain old white on the back since this will be hung on a wall.
The letters were fused and cut using my AccuQuilt 2” Classic Alphabet die.
I put my temp scale on the lower right. I might go back and add the numbers.
You can see how hot July was! I used high and low temps as recorded at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.
Have a great day!
Getting/gathering up enough of each color to do this would be a challenge for those of us who live remotely, and don’t care to shop on line. Your quilt is spectacular in its simplicity.
It’s fantastic, Katy!! Another great job.
Absolutely stunning. I love the quilting on it.
its stunning Katy. Nicely done. What size are your finished rectangles for each temperature please?
gorgeous!
That is a gorgeous temperature quilt! Your colors are wonderful! I want to make one too but the thought of keeping records every day seems a little too much. I should have started in January with all of the cold we had … oh well….
