I mentioned quilting a background piece for an idea I had. Today I’ll explain more.
I have some of this old single fold bias tape to play with.
I started with my preqilted piece and placed strips of the bias tape on top. Using my iron with steam, I found I could create smooth curves.
This s great fun!
I have more ideas than time!
Looks like I need to quilt some more background.

Have you seen the quilts by Joe Cunningham? He often uses bias tape in unique ways. This is really fun – looking forward to seeing where it goes!
