It’s done and I love it! If you recall, my friend, Kelly, gave me most of these blocks as well as additional fabric and the book. I so enjoyed making some more blocks and finishing this up.

I quilted it with the traditional Baptist Fan.

And I had a perfect backing in my stash.

My pictures aren’t the best. We’ve had lots of cold, rainy days here. So when the sun came out, I ran out to take photos. Then it was too bright. Ugh.

This is perfect for my family room here in Michigan. Thanks again, Kelly!
Have a great day!
LOVE the blue setting triangle fabrics! Beautiful quilt.
It’s a beautiful quilt,Katy!
It’s FABULOUS, Katy! I’m sure it will be passed down to someone in the family many years from now.
It’s gorgeous!! You made an amazing quilt. I love the quilting design. Hugs,
I agree with Judy – love that effect and this entire quilt. I’m a real sucker for a beautiful sampler.
I absolutely love how the alternate hourglass blocks give the illusion of the quilt being on point. I will have to use this trick! Beautiful quilt!
