One Block Wonder?

I picked up a bin of fabric at a sale recently and found this in it.

I think this is the start of a One Block Wonder quilt? I’m not sure. I never would have bought this fabric, but it’s an idea I’ve played with before. This is what a single block looks like.

This is the fabric before cutting.

And here are the blocks on the wall.

I decided I needed to sort them a bit and I made a few more while I was at it.

I think there is some potential here.

Have a great day!

I think I prefer a random placement of the blocks. Great potential, Katy.

  3. I think that is a 4 Patch Posie and it is surprising that it works as well as it does. Some colors have more interesting designs than others, every one unique.

  4. Hmmm…how large are the blocks (just curious)?

  5. Oh what fun! Hard to believe someone gave that up when it was so close to a finish! Maybe they just lost interest?
