I finally finished this little bit.
I had planned to quilt a grid, but after getting all the vertical lines done, I decided it was done. I’m glad I didn’t keep going, This feels just right.
I love this backing fabric. It is a commercial print that is at least 15 years old. I’m pretty sure I bought it at Walmart.
I might want to hang this horizontally.
I love the interplay of color and the way some seem to recede, while others come forward.
A successful little piece, I think.
