I love this one! A friend gave me these blocks last fall. Can you believe it? So much work! The small squares finish at one inch!

She also sent along the cheddar squares. I took these out and put them away countless times trying to figure out how best to show them off.

In the end, simple was best. I had this lovely old green print in my stash and it became the perfect faux border. The binding fabric surprised me a bit. You just never know what will work until you audition things.

The backing is an older Nancy Gere print.

I’m quite smitten!

Have a great day!
Beautifully framed!
I love it! You come up with the best mixes of materials that alone you’d never think they would work, but you always make the work fantastically!
