Antiques Show Quilts Part 2

I really wanted to buy this quilt. It might be the one that haunts me.

It was tied, but n amazing condition. Check out that flag!

So much to look at!

That neon backing was incredible.

And check out that whisker guard! That black edging is piping!

Yep, I should have bought it.

Here are some others I saw.

Had to take a picture of this. I had this when I was little! It was part of a three piece set and one of my favorite gifts ever. I’m sure I wore mine out. It had the exact same print/colors on the outside.

    I love looking at the OLD quilts and see what they did, the fabrics, and some having little contrast between the blocks and the background.

  2. The one I love most is in the double four patch on point – that one would have been hard to resist (even though I can make one myself using newer fabrics)

  3. Maybe you should go back and get it? What a fun quilt to look at, and that black piping is amazing!
