Work in Progress Wednesday

I have several irons in the fire this week. Progress has been made on the blocks for the baby quilt. I have more done than this now, but I thought I’d keep you all guessing.

I finished the last of the Hattie’s Choice blocks.

I thought about using the purple Kona for alternate plain blocks, but maybe sashing would be better.

I’m also thinking about making a little quilt using these dies from my AccuQuilt 5” Qube.

The three local littles will be here all day today and tomorrow, so I’m not sure how much more will get gone this week.

Have a great day!

i’ve been meaning to tell you that i just love your hattie’s choice blocks. i agree with wanda about keeping the extra design. i myself would go with no sashing. i’m sure you’ll do what works best for you. patti in florida

  2. Your Hattie’s Choice blocks look so good edge to edge making a secondary pattern. If I were to put sashing between them it would be narrow, no wider than 1″ so the all over design would still be there.
