I finished my Lemoyne Star quilt. A few of you suggested the on point setting and after playing around with that, I ended up with this strippie.

I absolutely love this AccuQuilt die. It is well engineered and goes together perfectly.

I’m not in love with the quilt as a whole. That’s okay. You learn with every quilt.

Here is a look at the backing.

And binding.

This is the pantograph I used. I used a new to me monofilament thread and I really struggled with it. No doubt, that influences my feelings about the whole thing. I’m not sure what the thread is, it came with this long arm.

I’m not sure where this will end up. Time will tell.

But it isn’t in the keeper pile.
Have a great day!

Nice Hunters Star quilt, colorful and happy looking. Since you aren’t keeping it, I can tell you there is someone who will love it.
Beautiful regardless were it ends up JANICE
that die does appear to be engineered just perfectly. thanks for sharing the close up. pretty precise to me. i like the quilt but i also know first hand that if anything gives you fits during the quilting phase, it certainly can twist your feelings about it. hang in there. patti in florida
I guess the important thing is, you learn something with every quilt. I agree with Dotti. It reminds me of candy too.
What a pretty quilt! I like that the middle row has one less block – it gives it a bit of a modern twist!
When I see look at it, it reminds me of candy jar of fruity candies.
1 one block more would have been perfect.
That is What I think.
But a beautifull quilt.
