I’ve been waiting for this day! Moda Fabrics, AccuQuilt, and Babylock are joining forces this year to cover the world, one quilt at a time. Each week, one representative from either Moda or AccuQuilt is donating one quilt to the organization of their choice. Today, it’s my turn to represent AccuQuilt. My quilt will go to a deserving service member through the Quilts of Valor Foundation.

Here is my quilt!

It has 120 6” blocks. There are 40 6 1/2” plain blocks, and 80 4 patches.

I used these dies.

I quilted this on my long arm. The binding was made from leftovers of the backing.

As simple as it is, I’m quite smitten with this quilt!

I hope the person receiving this quilt will feel loved and appreciated as it is awarded to them.

That’s what Quilts of Valor is all about, showing gratitude to those who have served us.

Have a great day!
I have a post from Pinterest that I want to make for a QOV. It won’t let me paste the picture, but if you could e mail me a link where I could post it, I would. Really looking for the pattern, but no where I can find.
Just hoping someone could have it somewhere. I am retired USCG, AND WANT TO HONOR A FELLOW VETERAN
