I saved some of the best for last!

I loved both of these. The one on the left ad such amazing fabrics!

This was fun!

This bed greeted us just as we came in the door.

I didn’t bring any quilts home, but I did pick up these!

Of course, they don’t lay flat. 😂

What can I say? I’m a sucker for orphans!
Have a great day!
Glad to see I’m not the only sucker for orphan blocks! Just finished pressing and trimming 96 scrappy uneven nine patch blocks. Unbelievable fabrics from days gone by. Such treasures these quilters of the past have left us!
Love all that scrappiness! The block with all the gingham though shows that too much sameness gets boring. And distracts from the beauty of the piecing.
Love seeing the retro quilts. I adopt all of the orphan blocks too, either for myself or to sell.
What an inspiration Katy; the blue top with the dark traditional blocks is my favorite! Thanks and have a nice day.
Oooo thanks for the quilt show. The tree blocks are fab!
loved seeing the quilts. you’ve got your work cut out for you in those tree blocks. but i know you are up to it. i love the tumbling blocks quilt but am sad to see it there, knowing how much work was involved in it. thanks for sharing. patti in florida
LOVE your tree blocks!!
Love seeing antique quilts always!
What a great shopping trip. (Both browsing and your new purchases.)
