Well, this photo is anticlimactic! The day was bright and this quilt has little contrast. Lessons were learned.
It does show more contrast in person.
I love this backing fabric and used some of it for the binding as well.
How fun is this?
It isn’t my favorite, but it’s a good gender neutral baby quilt to have on hand.

Congratulations on your finish. Some baby will love it. I like the quilting design, too. You said the design isn’t what you had in mind due to a cutting mistake. Will you try again? I’m curious to see what you’d originally planned.

This is such a sweet little quilt! Having less contrast really makes your quilting pop, and that backing is fantastic.
