Vintage Top Repair

Remember this beautiful top that Deanna, Wedding Dress Blue, sent to me?

I fell hard for this top!

It needed some repair before I could hand quilt.

I ended up removing a row of blocks. This allowed me to replace a few that were a bit too dodgy to use. I also netted some of that lovely claret to patch a few holes. Here it is after repair. It is about 68” square.

I’m thinking it will get the Baptist Fan treatment.

First I need to find some batting and get it basted.

Have a great day!
