I decided to move ahead with my fabric choice for this leader/ender project. I appreciate all of your comments. You were right, use the good stuff! I’ll figure out the back later.
I have 6 12 inch blocks done so far. This will be limited in size by the amount of blue background fabric that I have.
There is certainly no shortage of scrappy squares!

wonderful. as i’ve learned to tell myself, there will always be beautiful blues (or whatever) out there and i’ll like it just as well. do i listen to myself – mostly no. after seeing all of yours like this i want to do this with a bunch of my squares. kudos to you. patti in florida
