Mr. Wonderful and I enjoy thrifting. It’s the thrill of the hunt I suppose! He was initially a bit unsure when I found this though.

Very 1980’s, wouldn’t you say? But I saw some potential. I walked to the other side of the store and picked up a different shade. I donated this one back at the checkout. Total bill? $7.
Next we headed to Lowe’s for a can of spray paint.

After a good clean and a bit of disassembly, I was ready to paint.
Ta daaaaa!

Ignore the newspaper underneath, I didn’t want to set it directly on the table until it was cured for a few days.

I’m quite pleased with this little project! Mr. Wonderful loves it too. 😊
Have a great day!
You’ve got a great eye for the potential in things!
Very Arizona! You had FUN!
Excellent save! I do love rescuing something and giving it another shot at life.

Much improved! The turquoise cacti just wasn’t doing it. I am inspired to change the shade on one of my lamps now.
That was a great transformation!! I don’t think I would have thought of it it. I love the dark shade. Hugs,
What a great change up! It looks so much better in all white and the different shade. I’d say that was a good score!
Pretty table lamp. It’s always fun to renew something. Good job!
