I don’t use purple often, but I had some purple and black scraps and I got an idea. I used these Accuquilt dies from my 8” Qube.
I already had most of the triangles that I needed in my triangle bin.
I love how accurate these dies are, just leave a wee bit showing at the corners….
….on both sides and press toward the triangles.
Now look what happens when I add the next triangle.
That perfect alignment leads to this.
So far so good!

I think having a die cutter for this particular block would be amazing. I get so frustrated making economy blocks. Maybe I need to ask for an AccuQuilt for Christmas!
