Vintage Quilty Stuff

Mr. Wonderful and I went wandering through an antique mall last weekend. I didn’t buy anything, but it’s always fun to look. Here are the quilts and things that caught my eye.

    I see these old quilts and wonder how they came to be separated from their owners. It makes me sad, and makes me wonder about the future of the quilts I make and give away.

  2. I always wonder about the quilt stories, too – and I want to take every one of them home with me, no matter how worn or not. It makes me sad seeing them in shops, waiting for a home.
