Quilting my HRT Quilt

I got this little top loaded up and this time, I knew just how I wanted to quilt it.

I used my pattern boards. This is the set up.

Here it is, half done.

I could have stopped here, but I unloaded the quilt, turned it 90 degrees and reloaded it.

Then I used the same pattern boards in this direction. You can see the different here.

Essentially, I’m quilting the whole thing twice. It’s a lot of work, but worth it.

    It does look good. Times like that I remind myself, process not product. That is if there is no deadline.

    Wow! That quilting design is great! I love seeing the variety in your quilts and quilting. After making a HSR quilt recently, I realized there will be several more in my future.
