This quilt turned out so much bigger than I thought!
But I couldn’t be happier with it.
It’s actually a very simple design. The quilting took forever, but it was worth it.
The backing will give an early wake up call!
The next two photos are after washing.
Of course, no bed feels fully made without at least one extra quilt.
This was my last finish for 2020. Have a great day!
What a beautiful quilt – I love it! The floral outer border is so pretty. The backing is a great pop of color. Looks great on the bed and with the other (equally beautiful) quilt. Congratulations on a great finish!
WOW. Really lovely. I love the simple designs rather than intricate piecing. A REAL quilt to be used! therese

AMAZING! What a lovely way to wrap up the year.
It’s really terrific! Some of the best quilts are the simple ones! I adore this setting!!
It came out beautifully! And it does look wonderful with another quilt at the foot!
Your quilt looks fabulous!!!! The time it took to quilt it WAS worth it! HUGS… and stitches
Oh man! That is GORGEOUS!!! I LOVE it and you should be proud of it (however, in this case, I think only ONE quilt needs to be on that bed..HAHA). Nice way to polish off 2020.
Oh, it turned out so pretty! I love the texture from the quilting. It looks lovely on the bed along with that other lovely quilt!
Usually 36 patch quilts make my eyes spin! Ha! Having that inner border makes all the difference. I will be saving this idea for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Yummy! Your quilting is absolutely astounding!!
