The print in the next two is from a vintage piece of fabric I found in a thrift shop. My deep purples, lime greens, and bright blues coordinated perfectly.

I love the look of the morning sun on quilts!

The above quilts have all been gifted and their little owners are growing up. Some are now in school!

Time flies….

Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

  1. I imagine it’s a challenge to decide what to bring and what not. Pulling out something you haven’t used in awhile is a great idea! Lovely quilts, as usual.
