Forgotten Finish

I forgot to share this little finish. Someone suggested adding a white border and it was a great idea.

I just quilted a simple stipple. I don’t do that very often. I’m out of practice.

And a simple solid green binding, leftover from something else.

Speaking of leftovers, this backing piece is sideways, but it wasn’t big enough to go the other way. Feels good to use up and make do.

I’ll hang onto this until I find a little girl that needs a quilt for her doll.

Have a great day!

Pretty little quilt! I love the back too 😉

    So sweet!

  3. The back is lovely. I, too, have found that a narrow, matching the background border often makes for a more pleasing finish. Well done!
