My first UFO finish of the year! Winslow had to get in on the action here.

I think Baptist Fans were a good choice on this.

Why is it that no matter how hard you try, you still end up with like fabrics near each other?

This one doesn’t have a home yet, but I’m sure it will let me know where it wants to live. Until then, it is resting in one of the guest rooms.

Have a great day

I believe that a man named Murphy has something to do with “like” fabrics gravitating to each other – and it must be true, because they even named a law after him! 😉
Love the fans on this one too!! Its a beautiful quilt!
Snow ball quilts are great. Yours is extra great with the completely perfectly chosen baptist fan quilting!
Katy, I haven’t commented for soooo long but I want you to know yours is one of the blogs I read religiously. Baptist Fans are one of my very favorite quilting motifs. I’ve never done it personally, but absolutely LOVE The way it looks.
I love your quilt and I think the Baptist Fan was a perfect choice! Hugs,
this turned out beautifully–lovely work hugs, Julierose
Hi Katy! Oh, my yes. Baptist Fans are the perfect choice for this quilt. And, when you find out the answer to the question of why like fabrics gravitate toward each other you will be rich. You’ll solve the question that many (ALL) quilters would like to know! ~smile~ Roseanne
Oh that is a really cool quilt – and the baptist fans are perfect for it! Winslow is too 😉
I love snowball quilts! I’ve made one in red, white and blue that I donated as a QOV. I need to make another. Yours is so pretty!
