VA Quilts

My friends, Donna and Pam, pieced these tops for veterans at our local VA hospital. I got to quilt them.

Donna is a veteran and Pam’s husband is as well. Now they are serving others who have served.

All of these pantographs are available from Urban Elementz .

Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

The Bubble Time pattern reminds me of a bunch of eyes. Nice quilting though. (I personally would not want one with eyes on it)

Awesome job with the quilting, thank you Katy. I can’t take credit for being a veteran, i was a Navy wife. I’m so proud and thankful for everyone that has and is serving. I’m excited to be a part of honoring a few with these lap quilts.
