A few more favorites from days gone by, these are all minis and they are all made from vintage fabrics.

I hope you enjoyed looking back at these little bits! Have a great day!

Love your minis but NO WORDS? I like to know the back story too. What made you decide to make this one? What inspired you to make that one? What are the sizes of the pieces? I recall the early quilt magazines where there were back stories and miss them (I’ve kept them!) and am disgusted by the present quilt magazines which seem to be only promoting the latest fabrics and how to use them.

  2. Wow these are all so terrific! My favorite might be the nine patch with indigo. OR the shoefly (?) with aqua background.

I’m just wondering what you do with all these minis? Are they inspiration for bigger quilts?

  7. I need to bookmark this post and use it for inspiration. When I want to make a little quilt, I can pull this up and get an idea. Thanks for sharing, Katy!
